Tim Reeves was born and raised near London and emigrated to Germany after studying Computing at QMC London. He settled in Germany and is now marrried to Anna-Lisa Schmalz. His main interest is to promote and implement the concept of Regional Economic Communities, which put sustainability and viability at the core (rather than money, since you can't eat money).
