Setup Failure Codes/PHP PDO module available

The page identifies a critical configuration problem. DAViCal will not work at all until this is resolved.

DAViCal depends on the "PHP Data Objects" known as "PDO" functionality for it's database access.

This PHP extension module must be installed for DAViCal to work.
