DAV/Properties/getcontentlength

The DAV::getcontentlength property is defined in the RFC4918: WebDAV. It is supported in DAViCal since forever and should return the number of bytes of a resource.
From version 0.9.8 of DAViCal the property will not be returned for a collection resource.
It is a protected live property so it may not be set in a PROPPATCH request.
