This is a Windows only program you have to buy, but there is also a trial version available.

iCal4OL is a program for smart importing (with sync!), exporting and subscribing (as Remote Calendars) ICAL files (*.ics) and feeds in Outlook. A perfect 2-Way Synchronization with Google Calendar, DAViCAL, eGroupware, Zimbra, CalendarServer, Yahoo, SOGo, IceWarp, Kerio, Cosmo, Bedework, Communigate, Horde, Citadel and WebCalendar (1.05) is integrated. Incremental syncing in background every 5 minutes comes close to a CalDAV-Client. You can use multiple configuration files (*.ini) to sync multiple calendar folders/stores.

Configuration: Select on tab WHAT "2-Way-Synchronization with a Web Solution" and on tab 1.HOW click the button [CalDAV Configuration Assistant].
