The CalDAV free-busy-query REPORT is defined by RFC4791{{#if:CalDAV|:  |}}CalDAV but is not known to be used by any client software. It is supported by DAViCal, nonetheless.

This is essentially deprecated in favour of the free-busy request defined in the CalDAV Scheduling Extensions to WebDAV (RFC6638).
